Voting took place in Rajasthan on Saturday to elect 199 Members to the state Assembly. Tremendous enthusiasm for voting was witnessed across the State.

Over 68 per cent polling was recorded till 5 PM. Governor Kalraj Mishra, former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, Arjunram Meghwal, C.P. Joshi, Subhash Baheriya, Rajyavardhan Rathore and Satish Poonia were among those who exercised their franchise. Several Congress leaders including Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot, Pratapsingh Khachariyawas, Subhash Garg and Ramlal Jat also exercised their voting right. RLP chief Hanuman Beniwal voted in his native village.
