Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi today held meeting with Bihar Congress chief Ashok Choudhary and party state in-charge C P Joshi in New Delhi.

The meeting came amid indication that Congress may participate in the grand alliance government in Bihar led by JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar.

Sources said during the meeting, Mr. Gandhi inquired in detail about the gains made by the party in the state.
The Congress Vice President will meet the newly-elected 27 MLAs and five MLCs on 19th of this month to seek their views on participation in the new government.

The grand alliance has won 178 seats with RJD winning 80, JDU 71 and Congress 27
