Police in Gujarat arrested Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti leader Hardik Patel in Rajkot short while ago. Hardik Patel has been arrested half an hour before the India South Africa one day match from the Rajkot Jamnagar high way. He was arrested while trying to enter the stadium near Khandheri village out skirts of Rajkot city. Earlier, Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti leader has threatened to disrupt the match by demonstrations inside to raise the demand for reservation to Patidar community under OBC quota.
He had also threatened to block the entry of Indian and South African team in to the stadium if the activists of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti are stopped outside the stadium.
