Congress President Sonia Gandhi also paid tributes to former President Late Dr APJ Abdul Kalam on his first posthumous birth anniversary. Mrs Gandhi describing him as one who drove India’s scientific advancement, She also said, Dr Kalam’s contributions will forever remain unparalleled.
