PM Modi meet Nawaz Sharif in Paris

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to visit Pakistan next year to attend the SAARC Summit. While talking to media persons in Islamabad India’s External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that Indian premier will vist Pakistan to attend the regional summit

Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had invited Mr. Modi for the Summit when they had met for a bilateral meeting in the Russian city of Ufa in July. It will be the first prime ministerial visit from India to Pakistan in 12 years.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee was the last Indian Prime Minister to visit Pakistan in January 2004 and attended the SAARC summit besides holding talks with then Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf.

India, Pakistan to start comprehensive bilateral dialogue: Swaraj
