Prime Minister Narendra Modi has asked BJP members to ensure their presence in Parliament amid lack of quorum in both the Houses.At party’s parliamentary party meeting in New Delhi this morning, Mr Modi said, attending Parliament is MP’s basic responsibility. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar had reportedly talked about incidents of lack of quorum in both the Houses.
