Prime Minister Narendra Modi hit out at those calling for a ‘Bharat Bandh’ opposing the demonetisation move rather than supporting the scheme aimed at flushing out black money.
Addressing BJP’s ‘Parivartan rally’ at Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi said that the need is to block the flow of black money and not call a bandh.
The Prime Minister urged the massive gathering at the ‘Parivartan Rally’ to adopt mobile banking which is as easy as sending an sms. The Prime Minister showed a newspaper advertisement asking people to get the facility availed in their mobiles.
Underlining his government’s commitment to work for the welfare of farmers, poor, Dalits, deprived segments of society and those in need, the Prime Minister said that he is there to serve the people of this country and will do anything to fulfil their aspirations.
PM Modi highlighted the key decisions taken by his government in the interest of farming community. He said that his government ensured the payment of pending dues to sugarcane farmers by removing middlemen.
