Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former vice-president M Hamid Ansari, former prime minister Manmohan Singh and several central ministers and dignitaries on Sunday attended the Sankranti Milan organised by Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu here.
The festivals of Makar Sankranti and Pongal symbolise happiness that comes with good harvest, the Vice- President said while addressing the gathering.
