Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the people of the country are giving their verdicts in favour of strong government at the Centre. He was addressing an election rally at Kamaldanga in Bankura District of West Bengal today.
The Prime Minister said that the benefits of welfare schemes of the Centre are not reaching the poor people of West Bengal due to syndicate raj of Trinamool Congress activists.
PM Modi also said that the State Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress Chief Mamata Banerjee is not implementing Ayushman Bharat scheme for better treatment facilities to poor people in the State. He said the State was not giving Dearness allowances to government employees.
Mr Modi also addressed a rally at Purulia and highlighted his government’s pension schemes.
The Prime Minister will address rallies in Azamgarh, Jaunpur and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh later today.
