Pakistan today released 86 Indian fishermen arrested for allegedly trespassing into its territorial waters.   86 fishermen freed from the Malir jail willl travel to Lahore by train. And then they will be handed over to Indian authorities at the Wagah border near Amritsar of Punjab.

It is the second time this month that Pakistan has released Indian fishermen in a goodwill gesture. Earlier, 86 Indian fishermen and a civilian prisoner were released from Karachi’s Landhi jail on 6th of March.
