India’s Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that Pakistan has been exposed after David Headley’s revelations, but made it clear that India wants to maintain cordial relations with Islamabad. Talking to reporters at Thiruvananthapuram airport, Mr Rajnath Singh also said the Congress and CPI(M) should apologise to people of the country for opposing Gujarat Government on the Ishrat Jahan issue in the past.
Earlier addressing the BJP rally in Thiruvananthapuram, Mr. Singh said the BJP will lead a third force in Kerala as an alternative to both LDF and UDF. He hoped the party will come to power in the State this time. Mr. Singh said only the BJP can bring development and peace to the State as both fronts have failed miserably.
