There is a good news for students of high schools, junior colleges and degree colleges across the country. The Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) has decided to extend the free registration of students for its National Talent Search Examination (NTS 2024) till 30 November 2024. So far, over 30,000 students have already registered, who will appear in over 900 examination centers in over 350 districts and over 700 talukas of the country. The registration date extension will greatly help those students who could not register for the prestigious exam till now due to various reasons.


The exam will be held on Saturday, 7th December 2024 and the duration of the exam for all categories will be from 11 am to 12:30 pm.

Addressing a press conference organized at Islamic Center of India Aishbagh Lucknow, Maulana Khalid Rashid Farangi Mahali, Chairman, Islamic Center of India, highlighted the importance of this talent search exam and said that AMP NTS exam has special significance, he said that this talent search exam is designed keeping in mind the students of small-town and rural areas, as they do not get enough opportunities to get trained for top competitive exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, CUET, CLAT, CA, NDA and others. AMP wants to discover talented students and connect them with its training partners across the country so that they can realize their potential and thus contribute to nation building. He appealed to the managers and parents of educational institutions to motivate their students and children to appear in this examination in maximum numbers which is being organized for all sections of the society.

Aamir Idrisi, President – AMP, while highlighting this talent test said that “Students of schools, colleges, universities, madrasas, diplomas, ITIs, open schools (NIOS) across the country can participate in NTS online and offline examination. There is no registration fee and this examination is absolutely free.”

“Through AMP NTS 2024, the top 500 students will be given scholarships up to ₹10 crore+ for various competitive examinations like IIT-JEE, NEET, CUET etc. They will get 50-100% scholarship from our 25 training partners across the country. Selected students will also have to give written physical examination through our partners in future to get the scholarship.” He said that the top students will be given an amount of more than ₹5 lakh as cash prizes for each of the 3 student categories as follows: – Rs 30,000 for first position winners – Rs 20,000 for second position winners – Rs 10,000 for third position winners – Rs 2,000 for fourth to tenth position winners – Rs 1,000 for 11th to 50th position winners.”

He also informed that there are special prizes for all categories:

– Top position holders in each state will be given an additional Rs 1,000

– 200 needy and deserving students will be given scholarships worth more than Rs 20 lakh as educational aid.

Aamir Idrisi further said that “Top ten students at the national level from each category will be given a special certificate. One per cent of students from each category will be given a national level merit certificate. Every student who participated in the exam will be given an e-certificate.”

He informed that the AMP NTS 2024 exam is conducted for 3-categories of students:

● Senior/Degree College (Graduation)

● Junior College (Class 11th & 12th)

● School (Class 8th, 9th & 10th)

He further added that students have to register through the AMP WORLD mobile app, which can be downloaded for free from Google PlayStore. Students can choose to appear for the exam offline (physical) or online. Students who appear in offline mode will get all the scholarship benefits and cash prizes. Their ranking will also be taken into consideration. Students who opt for the online exam will have to appear for it on the AMP WORLD mobile app. Students participating online will not get any coaching scholarship or prizes. They will only be given a certificate of participation.

“The National Talent Search (NTS) exam, introduced in 2020 to inculcate the spirit of competition and test their general knowledge and awareness, has tested over 2.5 lakh students so far. This year, the target is to have over 1 lakh students participate from over 10,000 schools and colleges across the country.”
