National Investigation Agency (NIA) will secure Interpol’s black corner notice on four dead terrorists in Pathankot to seek information on unidentified bodies. A ten member NIA team continued the search operation in the area where the encounter took place and recovered one AK-47 magazine, a mobile phone and a binocular from the scene of crime. The questioning of Gurdaspur SP Salwinder Singh in the case remained inconclusive and he will be examined again tomorrow at NIA headquarters.
NIA teams have continued questioning Rajesh Verma, friend of SP Salwinder Singh and his cook Madan Gopal in Punjab. Gopal will also be called for questioning at NIA headquarters and the date of his questioning will be intimated in due course. The teams are also examining witnesses connected to the case.
