The National Investigating Agency, NIA, has filed chargesheet in the Burdwan blast case. The chargesheet has been filed at NIA special court in Kolkata today against 21 accused persons including four Banglandeshi nationals for offenses relating to terrorist act, conspiracy, funding and running terrorist training camps, possession of arms and explosives and offences relating to foreigners Act and passport Act.

Blast took place at a house in Khagaragarh in Burdwan district of West Bengal on 2nd of October last year in which two persons were killed. The West Bengal government ordered a CID probe over the incident but later NIA took over the investigation after international terror link was established behind the explosion.
