The special NIA Court in Kochi today awarded seven years rigorous imprisonment to 18 people in Kerala arms training case.
Yesterday in its verdict, the court found them guilty and acquitted 17 accused in the Wagamon SIMI camp case. Altogether, thirty-five persons faced trial.
The case relates to holding a camp for arms training by the outlawed organization SIMI in Wagamon in Idukki district in 2007.
