Our priority is to convey message of the board to all Muslims, says Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani

The newly elected president of All India Muslim Law Board AIMPLB, Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani has asked Muslims of the country not to get afraid of trials and tribulations. He said that Mob lynching also took place during the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the martyrdom of Hazrat Sumayya (RA) is the worst form of mob lynching. During the time of the Prophet (PBUH) economic boycott of Muslims was also done. “So we don’t need to panic and fear” he stressed.
Speaking at a function organised by Institute of Objective Studies, IOS to felicitate new office bearers of the Board, Mr Rahmani said: ” At present, the fight in the country is not between Hindus and Muslims, but between the followers of the religion and those who reject it. This fight is not only against Islam but also against Hinduism”.
He asked all Muslims to try to live according to Sharia law. In the matter of marriage and divorce, the orders of Shariat should also be followed. The board’s Darul Qaza are established all over the country, which should be taken advantage of.
Maulana Rahmani hoped that the new team of the board will play an important role in guiding the Muslim Ummah and solving the challenges faced in the country.
Maulana Fazlur Rahim Mujadadi, Secretary General of Board, said that the United Nations had long ago announced the abolition of personal law in its declaration and Islamic Sharia is the most targeted.
They want to impose Western civilization which is anti-God law and against all religions and culture.
“The current government of the country makes the Uniform Civil Code a subject for its political advantage. Muslims practice their religion but most of them approach courts even for minor issues, this give judiciary opportunity to interpret the Holy Quran according to its own opinion” he said.
He said that 87 Darul Qaza are running under the board and about 80 percent issues are resolved there.
The newly elected secretary of the board Maulana Yasin Ali Usmani Badayuni said in his address that the All India Muslim Personal Law Board is a joint institution of the nation, long ago I went to Libya and there the scholars of the same countries mentioned the board. He said that the Muslim youth should take out some of their time for the nation and do charity work.
All India Milli Council Vice President Maulana Anisur Rehman Qasmi in his address said that the board is the most prestigious platform of the country in which all sections of Mulsims are represented. This organization has always guided Muslim Ummah. A lot of hopes are attached to the people who have been elected in recent days. On this occasion, Maulana Atiq Ahmad Bastwi, treasurer of the board, Professor Riaz Ahmed, also expressed there views. The message of the Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, Syed Saadatullah Hussaini and the President of All India Milli Council, Maulana Abdul Malik Mughishi were also read out. A number of people from diferent walk of life attened the felicitation seminar.
