They however said that police must arrest the real culprit without any bias against any community. They asked the government to ensure the safety of the citizens and make proper arrangement to keep vigil on anti-national elements who disturb the peace and tranquillity of the country.

“The occurrence of the second blast within four months on an important public place like High Court, indicates the barbaric and cruel mentality of the perpetrators. It is tragic that people who come to seek justice have been made the victims of the most inhumane attacks,” said Jamaat-e-Islami Hind in a statement.

The Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid Ahmad Bukhari while condemning the blast in unequivocal term said that it was unfortunate that in every blast innocent people are killed. He however said that after every blast in spite of arresting real culprit, innocents are arrested.

“Until and unless the real terrorists are arrested the incidents of terror would not end” said Bukhari adding that investigating agencies must also keep eye on those who were found involved in Makkah Masjid, Ajmer, Samjhouta and other similar blasts in the country.

Both factions of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind have also strongly condemned Delhi High blasts saying it was as barbaric, inhuman and cowardly act.

Maulana Usman Mansoorpuri, President of one faction of expressing grief over loss of innocent lives, maintained of such dastardly acts is result of failure of ‘our intelligence agencies’.

“For strong commitment to combat terrorism, government must include all terrorist organizations.  In this regard, the recent Mumbai session court’s verdict convicting tow persons belonging to revivalist Hindu organization Sanatan Sabha and statement of Home Minister P. Chidambaram fearing growing danger of homegrown Hindu terrorists cannot be overlooked” he said.

He appealed to people to remain calm and stand united in this hour of grief and pain. Unity of The nation and so communal harmony must be preserved al all costs in order to defeat their designs.

“Failure to install CCTVs at the High Court gates and other similar places in the capital clearly shows the criminal and negligent attitude of the police and security agencies despite the recurrence of terrorist attacks in the capital” it said in a statement.

“Merely offering of compensation to the dead and injured is not enough. Those responsible for the lax security should also pay the price so that the lax and carefree attitude of the bureaucracy, police and security agencies could be checked”AIMMM said.
