Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP), an ally of NDA, today declared party’s President Upendra Kushwah as Chief Ministerial candidate for the Assembly elections in Bihar. This decision was taken at State Party Executive meeting in Vaishali. Mr. Kushwah said the party workers have been instructed to start preparations for 125 Assembly seats.
