Key Asian Stocks End Mixed, Japan’s Nikkei-225 gained by 0.90 percent,

Key Asian stocks ended mixed on Monday (8th April 2024). Japan’s Nikkei-225 gained by 0.90 percent, South Korea’s Kospi rose by 0.13 percent and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index added 0.05 percent. In contrast, China’s Shanghai Composite index fell by 0.70 percent and Singapore’s Straits Times index slipped 0.07 percent.

All major European markets were trading with profits. Germany’s DAX were trading 0.55 percent higher, France’s CAC added 0.48 percent and London’s FTSE was trading 0.07 percent up, when reports last came in.
