An India Army jawan was killed in ceasefire violation by the Pakistan army which opened fire Friday along the LoC in Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir,.

Defence Spokesperson informed that Pakistani Army initiated unprovoked firing in Sunderbani sector. Indian Army retaliated strongly and effectively.

In the exchange, Rifleman Jayadrath Singh, hailing from Uttar Pradesh’s Saharanpur district, was grievously injured and succumbed to his injuries later.
