Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu will be on a six-day visit to India from coming Sunday.

Mr Netanyahu will be accompanied by a business delegation. He will attend the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi besides meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Joint Secretary in External Affairs Ministry, Dr. Bala Bhaskar said, during his week-long tour, the Israeli Prime Minister will also visit Agra, Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

He said the agriculture and water are the major strategic cooperation areas between the two nations and India will further like to expand the cooperation in these areas.

The bilateral trades between the two countries is 5 billion US dollar. He said the discussion on Free Trade Agreement with Israel is underway.
