Iran Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in a phone conversation with Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani on Wednesday night discuss the latest events in Hormuz Strait, report, IRNA.

During the phone talk, the two foreign ministers discussed the latest developments in the Strait of Hormuz and other issues of mutual interests. 

They also stressed using diploamtic potentials to pursue regional issues and the continuation of the contacts and cooardinations to prevent the escalation of tensions in the region.
