KabulIran’s Ambassador to Kabul Fada Hossein Maleki said on Sunday that a high ranking Iranian delegation would attend an international conference on Afghanistan in Kabul on Tuesday, report IRNA.

The Iranian ambassador made the remarks on the sidelines of a ceremony marking the inauguration of Iran’s exclusive exhibition on export, investment and marketing in Afghanistan.

 

Given that ties between Iran and Afghanistan are very good, Iran is expected to send a top level delegation to the conference, he said.

 

Iran is acting beyond the commitment of international community in dealing with the Afghanistan issues, he underlined.

 

There are three million Afghan refugees in Iran, he said, adding that the upcoming international conference in Kabul aims to help promote peace, stability, security and sustainable development in the war-torn country.

 

The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to transfer all its invaluable experiences to Afghanistan, said the Iranian ambassador.

 

Some 50 Iranian companies are to actively take part in the exhibition with an aim of promoting exports and investments as well as marketing of Iranian made products in Afghanistan during the four-day long event.(IRNA)
