Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that in the 21st century and in a fast-changing world, India will have to swiftly change to play its effective role.
Speaking at the Grand Finale of Smart India Hackathon this evening through video conferencing, Mr Modi said, with this thinking, necessary ecosystem is being rapidly prepared in the country for innovation, research, design, development and entrepreneurship.
