The review was based on inputs from media and social platforms regarding the condition of highways in the three states. Gadkari urged officials and contractors to accelerate execution, ensure timely completion and strengthen coordination. He stressed continuous monitoring of project quality, adoption of modern construction technologies and best engineering practices to enhance durability and performance.
Highlighting the need for smoother and safer travel, the Minister directed improvements in riding quality and seamless connectivity across key corridors. He called for greater accountability in maintenance operations, with regular inspections to identify and fix deficiencies.
