Foggy weather condition continued today with poor visibility leading to 17 trains being cancelled. The minimum temperature in the city settled at 11.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal.
A senior railway official said that as many as 101 trains were running late by 5 to 12 hours,18 were rescheduled because of the fog and 17 were cancelled.
The weatherman has predicted mainly clear skies for the day with the maximum and minimum temperature expected to settle at 27 and 12 degrees Celsius with dense to very dense fog expected tomorrow.
