Under the third phase of Vande Bharat Mission, two different flights carrying the stranded Indians from Ukraine and Bangladesh arrived at Ahmedabad airport today.
First such flight carrying around 144 Indians from Ukraine reached Ahmedabad today morning while another flight with around 46 passengers from Bangladesh also arrived at Ahmedabad airport this evening. All the passengers were screened at the airport and later quarantined by the state government for 14 days.
Two flights from Kuwait are also expected to reach Ahmedabad by today midnight.
Under the third phase of Vande Bharat Mission, a total of 31 flights have been scheduled for Gujarat which will bring back Indians stranded in different countries during the Covid 19 pandemic.
