A Defence Security Corps (DSC) jawan, Naik K.Sivadasan was found dead with gunshot wound late in the night yesterday while on duty as armed security at Naval Base, Kochi. The firing whether accidental is being ascertained. The case is being investigated by the Kochi Harbour Terminus Police.
The deceased belonging to Trissur, Kerala. An enquiry is being ordered into the incident.
