Delhi Police has arrested a terrorist from Laxmi Nagar area of the national capital and foiled a major terror plan in the city. The Police said that, the arrested terrorist is a Pakistani National who was staying on a fake identity on forged documents. Further investigation in the matter is underway. In view of the festive season, Delhi Police has beefed up anti terror alert and action across the city.
