Delhi High Court today refused to grant interim protection from arrest till tomorrow to two JNU students, Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya, accused in a sedition case. The Court asked the two JNU students to surrender at a place of their choice, which is opposed by police. The Court will hear their pleas seeking protection from arrest tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Delhi Police today opposed in the Delhi High Court the bail plea of JNUSU President Kanhaiya Kumar, arrested in a sedition case, in which the court has asked for a status report by tomorrow.
