The congress party in Uttarakhand, has released its election manifesto for ensuing state assembly election. Releasing the manifesto in in capital Dehradun today, senior Congress leader and Chief Minister Harish Rawat and Party’s National General Secretary Ambika Soni claimed that the present government in Uttarakhand has ensured all round development of the state.
Meanwhile, Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Radha Mohan Singh has accused that the Congress government in the state failed in using the central funds in different categories.
