Congress today questioned allotment of bungalow in the national capital and Z plus security to Subramanian Swamy, alleging that he was rewarded for dragging Congress leadership to Court. In a joint press conference with party leader Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad alleged that before elections, BJP had given a call for Congress-free India and now it is aiming for, what he called, Opposition-free India. He also alleged that government is resorting to unprecedented level of vendetta politics in the National Herald case.
Meanwhile, senior Congress leaders are holding meeting at Mr Azad’s residence in view of party leaders’ scheduled appearance in the court in the National Herald case.
