Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin, accompanied by senior colleagues of the State Cabinet, met Governor R. N. Ravi today. During the meeting, the Chief Minister appealed to the Governor to send the Draft Bill for Under-Graduate Medical Education passed by the State Assembly for President’s approval. The draft bill is based on the recommendations of the A. K. Rajan Committee Report which recommends Under-Graduate Medical Education on the basis of higher secondary marks. The bill was passed by the State Assembly on 13th of September this year.
