The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today declared the results of Class 10th and 12th board examinations in which girls have outshined boys. In a statement, CBSE said, 87.98 per cent of students have passed 12th board exams. The passing percentage is 0.65 per cent higher than the last year. Over 24 thousand candidates have scored above 95 per cent and over one lakh sixteen thousand students got above 90 per cent in this examination. 

In 10th board examination, overall passing percentage is 93.60. The passing percentage of girls is 94.75 while for boys, it is 92.71. The results can be accessed at websites including www.cbseresults.nic.inwww.cbse.gov.in as well as digilocker and Umang apps.
