CBI has arrested a registrar and an advocate of Delhi Dental Council in an alleged bribery case of around Rs five lakh.
The agency has registered a case on the allegations of demanding bribe from the complainant for favourable order from the Council and for extending help in further legal proceedings in the matter.
Searches were also conducted at the office and residence of the accused persons which led to recovery of around Rs. 24 lakh cash and some documents alleged relating to Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain.
The documents are related to property, investments and other assets. The accused were produced in a Delhi Court which sent them in four days police custody.
