Campaigning for the first phase of assembly elections has reached its peak in Bihar. War of words has intensified between leaders of NDA and Grand alliance with only two days left in campaigning for this phase.
BJP President JP Nadda claimed in a public meeting in Lakhisarai that voters will discard the Grand Alliance. He said they know the previous track record of RJD that during their rule kidnapping had become an industry.
Addressing rallies in Munger, Barauli and Patna, BJP’s Star campaigner and Union Minister Smriti Irani said lotus brings prosperity and only BJP can make Bihar self-reliant.
JD(U) President and CM Nitish Kumar said NDA has emancipated Bihar from the dark era of RJD.
On the other hand, leaders of opposition parties trained their guns on ruling NDA in their poll campaign.
