Campaign in Delhi on full swing

The campaign for seven Lok Sabha seat in Delhi is on full swing with leaders and candidates reaching out to people to garner their support.

From Aam Aadmi Party, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a roadshow in North East Delhi in favour of his party candidate Dilip Pandey. Another Party candidate including Pankaj Gupta and Atishi also campaigned in their constituencies.

Congress candidate and former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit addressed a public rally while boxer -turned Politician Vijender Singh held people to people contact programme in Kalkaji and other areas.

Strong action against terrorism, corruption-free governance and several welfare measures taken by the NDA government are at the centre of BJP’s poll campaign in national capital while Aam Aadmi Party is pushing the agenda of full statehood to Delhi and its works particularly in education and health sector.

On the other hand, while highlighting the failure of BJP and Aam Aadmi Party, Congress is reminding the people of Delhi about the development works done by it during its regime.

Delhi BJP President and party candidate from North East seat Manoj Tiwari today organised a road show in his constituency while another party candidate from New Delhi Meenakshi Lekhi held padyatra.

Besides these three major parties, independents and other candidates are also busy in hectic campaigning to woo the voters.
