The two-day National Executive meet Bharatiya Janta Party, BJP began in Allahabad today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Party President Amit Shah, several Union ministers and Chief Ministers of the BJP ruled states are take part in the meet.
More than 350 party leaders will attend the meeting. It is expected that during the proceedings, besides discussing many political issues, strategy will be chalked out for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections.
Achievements during two years of the BJP led NDA government at the Centre will be another highlight of the meeting.
Before the National Executive meet, a meeting of the national office bearers was held this morning
Meanwhile, the BJP workers organized a bike rally yesterday appealing people to participate in the Prime Minister’s rally tomorrow near Sangam area.
Earlier yesterday, after reaching in Allahabad the BJP President held a meeting with all General Secretaries and discussed the agenda of the National Eecutive.
Many political parties including the Congress and Samjwadi party yesterday organized protest on different issues including price rise at different parts in Allhabad.
