ishrat encounterBJP MP Kirit Somaiya today raised the issue of 2004 Ishrat Jahan encounter case in the Lok Sabha following the latest revelations in the case. Raising the issue during Zero Hour, Mr. Somaiya sought a reply from the government over the missing papers related to the case. He also alleged changes of affidavit in the court about the deletion of Ishrat Jahan reference as terrorist during UPA rule.
