BJP today accused the Congress and I.N.D.I.A. Bloc for insulting the army and security forces. Referring to Congress leader Supriya Shrinate’s reported remarks on neutralising of naxals in Chhattisgarh, party spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala told media in New Delhi that the nation saw a very significant operation in which 29 Naxalites were eliminated by the security personnel. He added that it was a big achievement for the security forces. He alleged that instead of welcoming the actions of the security forces, the Congress party called those Naxalites martyrs and raised questions on the bravery of the security forces. Mr Poonawala said, it hurts the morale of the soldiers.
