Nitish Kumar-led JD(U), RJD and Congress alliance is in a fix over deciding the constituencies from where each ally would field its candidates. AIR Correspondent reports that JD(U), RJD and Congress are claiming seats won in 2010 assembly elections.
RJD has staked claim for some of the sitting seats of JD(U), including the ones held by ministers in Nitish Kumar cabinet. Political alignment between assembly election in 2010 and now has been changed. Last time, BJP and JD (U) had contested together.
Now JD (U) is with RJD and Congress. Congress got 40 seats in the alliance but there is confusion on 16 seats. However JD (U) spokesman Neeraj kumar claimed that it is true that there are a number of aspirants for some seats but it never means that there is infighting or confusion among the allies.
