Bihar polls 2015Congress, JD(U) and RJD combine has alleged that the BJP is misusing the government’s machinery even as Model Code of Conduct is in place in Bihar.

Briefing media in New Delhi today, JD(U) leader K C Tyagi said, the parties met the Election Commission and presented a memorandum which lists evidences against BJP for violating Model Code of Conduct.

Citing a video clip, Mr Tyagi said, four trains were booked earlier this month to fetch BJP volunteers with 60 per cent concession by the Railway Ministry. Mr Tyagi said, the parties demanded the Election Commission to probe the matter.

Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said instead of talking about corruption and Jungle Raj in Bihar, the BJP should introspect about 15 months of the NDA rule at the Centre.

When asked about the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi, JD(U) leader Tyagi said, there will be no polarisation of votes because of Owaisi.
