The Bihar Government has ordered an inquiry into the killing of State BJP Vice President Visheshwar Ojha. Director General of Police P.K. Thakur said, Special Investigation Team has been constituted in this regard.

Meanwhile, the opposition BJP gave a 72-hour ultimatum to the State Government to arrest the killers of Ojha, warning if the government fails to do so it would not sit quite.
Bihar, State BJP Vice President and former MLA Visheshwar Ojha was shot dead by unidentified assailant at Sonbarsa village under Shahpur police station of Bhojpur district today..

The incident occurred when he was returning from Sonbarsa bazaar this evening miscreants fired indiscriminately on the deceased. In another incident local BJP leader Kedar Singh was murdered under Taraiya village of Saran district of the state.

Besides senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi, Union Ministers Ram Vilash Paswan and Upendra Kushwaha have strongly condemned the incident and alleged that after formation of government of grand alliance, law and order in the state has deteriorated fast.

Former Chief Minister and President of Hindusatni Awam Morcha Jitan Ram Manjhi said Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has lost control over law and order jungle raj prevails in the state. The Director General Police of Police P. K. Thakur has said a massive manhunt has been launched to nab the killers.
