Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has requested the Centre to change P B Acharya as the Governor of the state. Talking to MEDIA in Guwahati today, Gogoi alleged that Mr. Acharya has instigated NGOs against the Congress government in the state.
The Chief Minister said that recently he met President and Prime Minister in New Delhi and urged both of them to appoint a new Governor in Assam.
