File PicAsian stocks ended mixed today. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng gained 0.8 percent, China’s Shanghai composite index rose 0.4 percent and South Korea’s Kospi added 0.2 percent.

On the other side, Singapore’s Straits Times index lost 0.1 percent while Japan’s Nikkei-225 ended flat.

European markets were also mixed in intra-day trade. France’s CAC-40 was up 0.3 percent and Germany’s DAX was up 0.2 percent when report last came in. On the other hand, London’s FTSE-100 was trading 0.1 percent lower.
