ALIGARH: The Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, Lt. Gen. Zameer Uddin Shah has viewed with concern the alarming reports of threats to his life emanating from the news story carried out by several Hindi dailies of May 16, 2016. The Vice Chancellor said that the report, wherein the veracity of the purported letter is desired, needs to be taken note of.
The Vice Chancellor, Lt. Gen. Shah has expressed full faith in his team comprising the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Finance Officer, Proctor and Controller of Examinations. He said that any effort to create breach of trust amongst higher University authorities would not succeed. -Press release-
