2 day executive meet was presided over by the board president Maulana Syed Rabe Husni Nadvi. The  first session discussed matters such as Allahabad High court judgment on Babri Masjid title suit, cases regarding Babri Masjid demolition, Liberhan Commission report, Right to Education act, Tafheem-e-shariat and laws of Sharia.
The executive meet also declared the Right to Education act as the sword that is looming over the heads of minority and religious institutions and said that the act is a sheer violation of article 25 and 26.

Board has also formed a committee to publish interpretations of Islamic laws and principles of Sharia to distribute among non Muslim intellectuals.
