India Thursday said it was against the use of chemical weapons by anyone anywhere in the world. Rubbishing claims made by Pakistani media hinting use of chemical weapons in Kashmir, MEA spokesperson Gopal Baglay said such claims are completely baseless. He also expressed surprise on such comments.
