Sacked Aam Aadmi Party Minister Kapil Mishra today filed a corruption complaint with the CBI against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He also submitted evidence against Mr Kejriwal in support of his allegations that he saw the Chief Minister take two crore rupees from Health Minister Satyendar Jain.
Addressing media, Mr Mishra also challenged the Delhi Chief Minister to resign and fight elections against him.
The sacked minister also wrote an open letter to the Chief Minister seeking blessings before filing the CBI case. Mishra has also threatened to go on a hunger strike tomorrow if AAP leaders do not disclose the source of funding of their foreign trips.
Mr Mishra had yesterday submitted papers in the alleged 400 crore rupee water tanker scam to the Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi Government.
He had said, he gave information on the role of Mr Kejriwal and two of his close associates in the tanker scam.
