Eight SIMI terrorists have escaped from Bhopal central jail. They killed a security guard during the incident last night. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Bhupendra Singh has confirmed the incident. He expressed hope that they will be arrested soon. The names of the terrorists who escaped are Shiekh Mujeeb, Majid, Khalid, Zakir Badrul, Saleek, Aqueel, Mehboob and Amjad Ramzan.

8 SIMI activists, who escaped from Bhopal jail, killed in encounter
Sources said that the terrorists used bedsheets as rope for escaping from the jail wall. Five officers of the Jail including jail superintendent have been suspended after jail break incident. The action has been taken on the direction of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
An extensive search operation has been launched in Bhopal and other places. An alert has been sounded across the state. A reward of five lakh rupees each has been announced on arrest of these terrorists. Earlier seven SIMI terrorists had escaped from Khandwa jail.
